Missing apex credits , please assist

Let me lay out my experience in the last 5 hours. I bought $100 worth of apex coins, the purchase went though on xbox and took the funds from my bank account. However the coins were never applied to my apex account. Btw this has happen to me three time previously. I have spent 3-4 hours each time this happen logging into my email and xbox accounts, then when trying to enter support cases I experience countless errors and looping links. Like one error wouldn't let me select my console and another wouldn't let me email or chat.
Now not to sound entitled or anything but as a consumer I don't feel it should be my responsibility to spend 2-4 hours out of my day off to track down failed purchases (considering if i didn't take action i'd be out $100) due to an EA error. I really feel there should be some type of compensation as a "make it right" whether an apex credits, packs, something. EA agents are paid by the hour, I'm not, I'm just a paying customer. I feel it is unacceptable from a company like EA to make the consumer's that are literally funding the company pay the price of wasted time, frustration, and glitches in support cases for EA errors on failed purchases. (I spoke with two agent's on live chat, they were wonderful and I have no frustration with them, but my experience navigating the website and not receiving purchases has left a bad taste for EA) If there is anyting u could do to maybe make it right please contact me at [edit: email address removed].
