Missing items and badges from April 2nd/3rd

(April 3rd) Missing items and badges.

On 3rd of april around 00:30 GMT+1 I got the 4k badge on octane, also little before that on april 2nd unboxed a p2020 legendary lady skin, on 4th of april after everyone lost their items and accounts reset they patched everything but one day. in a span of 24hours inbetween April 2nd/3rd all items are gone.

I'm more sad about the 4k damage badge than i am about the skins but either way we need a fix for this, when i send support tickets they send automatic messages that lead to apsolutely nothing. 

EA do something about this a lot of people lost heirlooms and their money and their time playing your game, as a multi-milion dollar company this should never happen its shameful.

There is also video proof of this game but i cannot upload it on this "topic" because the file is too large, clip is sent to their email support of both having the game and the aftermath day after of losing the badge and the skins, but sadly as i mentioned it only goes to automatic response nobody views any of that stuff.

Do something about it!
