Missing Rewards from Legendary Hunt Challenges

I finished the Legendary Hunt Challenge (finish top 5 in 5 games) but I can't access the Bloodhound skin reward

@Reimublue Your score dictates 2500 which has given you the rewards up to that point.
I don't have knowledge of foreign languages however I can see that the game is showing you should have been awarded the skins on the right side.
Can you complete more daily challenges for your event trail can update? If it still shows 2500 after you complete a challenge then there might be a problem with progression.

it's show the rewards i've got,but i can't find any of them in my storge,And it still shows 2500 after you complete a challenge, i've got a badge shows i already get 7100 challenge point

    @Reimublue Okay, thank you for that.
    Have you gained more Points since then? When did you notice you weren't getting your rewards?
    Have you tried clearing cache and reloading apex? This may or may not fix it but sounds like it stopped tracking all together.
    What was the last thing you did before it stopped tracking?
