Are you still not seeing the reward from the Battlepass? We were seeing a lot of issues that were affecting in-game items and currency yesterday, but that should be fixed now.
I'm wondering if this may have been happening because of that issue. If you're still not seeing the reward let me know.

- 5 years agoHello, @EA_Kent, I have checked it just now, and the skin is still missing, with the red circle next to the weapon in the menu. So, right now it looks the same as you can see on the second screenshot in the original post.

Thanks for double-checking.
When you have the chance I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look to see what may have happened with the reward.
For more information on how to create a case with them check out the EA Help website. You can also speak with them via Twitter or Facebook as well, if that works better for you.

- 5 years ago@EA_Kent I contacted them right before I made the post here, and I was told that there is "no way to add the content once the season has ended", because customer support "won't be able to check and validate the Season 4 details and add the same", despite it being just a few hours after the season end. I still believe that I have the skin (thus the red circle), and there is some kind of a bug that is preventing me from seeing or selecting it, but if that is true, as far as I understand, customer support will not be able to help me with that. That is why I came here, hoping that maybe it will be passed on to the developers who can look into it.
