Hello I’m missing the wraith skin and sky emotes from season 4 I’ve contacted chat support but they’ve advised me to contact on here for an update and to get my missing content back

Lost a wraith skin called “perfect solider” from the season 4 battle pass as well as all my sky emotes I had
EA showing once again how good their support structure is by completely ignoring me and not helping with my issue !! Chat support is no help either !! Guess I will just go without getting my content back … better yet I bet I’m wasting my time writing this and it will go unseen
Hello basically I’ve had a problem with my account on apex and I’m missing a few items, I’ve contacted chat support but they’ve not helped in the slightest so I’ve been advised to message on here, I’m missing the season 4 battle pass skin called “perfect solider” and all the sky emotes I had for wraith unlocked this happen recently in an update to the game and now I’ve lost it can someone please give me a helping hand

I managed to talk to them but there’s nothing they can do, and anytime I email I never get a response ….. surely there’s someone at EA that can help

@EA_Aljo Hey I’m sorry to bother you again, but is there any other way to get this resolved it seems everyone on chat support doesn’t actually understand what it is I’m saying or talking about they give me the same scripted messages everyday I’ve been chasing this up for the past week and a half now like is there someone else I can speak to or a number or a manager that can call me or email because this is becoming a joke now, what’s the point in having a support system if all they do is sit at a computer all day telling people no?
