While there is this: EA Help | Find missing Apex Legends™ Packs, items, Legends, or Mythics, that just lead me to "contacting support", (which you said you've already tried with no luck).

Sadly as well, I won't be able to restore the missing items myself, but I'll check to see if there is something else you could try to get the missing items back, (and hopefully a Community Manager finds this thread as they should be able to help with missing items in most cases).
