Hey @kingofthefire,

Have you at any point unlinked your Gamertag from your EA Account?

This can lead to similar issues, though your coins/tokens are not cross-platform either at this point and should be completely separate otherwise.

If you're not seeing that to be the case, I'm afraid you would need to contact support as we cannot assist with missing content or account-related issues directly on the forums.

If you prefer you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead if those would be easier options for you.

Thank you so much for the reply. And I haven't, no. Will contact live support now, my apologies. Unlinking of GT seems way too risky, especially with NHL 23 coming and returning awards and such. Really want to hop back in.
