Missing Valkyrie Heirloom

I never received my Valkyrie heirloom pack after buying all the event packs. I tried ea help and they said I needed to post here. Anyone able to support?

    Sorry to hear that @bloodpixie2, hopefully you're doing a bit better now!

    As far as this heirloom is concerned however, it does require those items to be collected during the collection event. After the event is over the heirloom goes into the shop to be purchased with shards normally and is no longer unlocked with those items.

    Typically if this comes up immediately after an event ends our support team may be able to check into this further, however as it's been a little while longer in this case I'm afraid they'd be unable to make any changes here, I'm sorry to say.

    I'm afraid we're unable to provide any direct support on the forums, sorry for any confusion.

    It's likely the intention was to direct you towards the bug report forums here to report this as a bug, as we're unable to make any account changes here. 

    With that said however, I see you mentioned buying the event packs - did you also use them during the event, or did you wait until the event had ended to open the packs?

  • It was after the event as unfortunately broke my ankle and was in hospital 😔
