Mouse movement lock while ads can't track or move crosshair at all

AMD Ryzen 5 3600XT 6-Core Processor 3.80 GHz

RTX2060

For the past 2 or 3 weeks I haven't been able to move my cursor/crosshair while ads and shooting. It's getting progressively worse.

I tried re-installing, restarting game, check files integrity, change mouse...doesn't make a difference...very annoying as I'm unable to win any mid-range/close fights.

I've seen this has been reported in the past by other people, but I can't find any solution on the posts.
