MOUSE STUTTER/IMAGE STUTTER , WHEN MOVING ON APEX LEGENDS

despite having 120fps or more my apex legends doesnt fell smooth it looks like the image is moving in blocks like a stair , i recorded it alredy , it doesnt happen all the time in game, it cames and goes for like 15 to 20 sec, can anyone help me fix this problem?

Can you upload a DxDiag for us so we can look at your specs? Does it stutter if you have Origin In-Game and other overlays disabled?

yes i tried to disable origin in game but the problem doesnt go away

it does the same thing on PS4 i get killed by it all the time!!

its really annoying in fights or when you drop!!
