My account data has been lost for no reason

Hello, I haven't been online or logged into Apex for a long time because I miss returning to Apex on June 6, 2025. However, I found that my account data was lost and I entered a new account. I don't understand what caused the problem with my account, and I have no history of violations or bans before. I have spent time and money building my beloved game account. I hope to find a solution for this reason. Thank you!

    Hey chase1oops​,

    Sorry to hear you're missing everything from your account here. Unfortunately, it sounds as though someone else may have gained access to the account while you were away. I see you had discussed that with an advisor previously, but you may be able to check your case history page for that case info as well.

    Any time an account is unlinked, there's a chance your data will be lost. It looks like that may have taken place here as well, though we wouldn't be able to get into the specifics here on the forums. In some cases re-linking whichever account(s) were removed can restore that progress, though given how much time has passed in this case, I'm afraid it's very unlikely.

    If you can recall which other platforms were linked and re-link them to this EA account, that would be the only way to check and see if any content can be recovered. We are unable to manually restore any progress, but if you run into any trouble re-linking the previous accounts, please feel free to resume your recent case from the case history page and an advisor can check to see whether it's possible to re-link.
