My account got hacked and then banned

My email account was hacked on September 27 2024, as seen in the screenshots attached. I obviously changed my email password and added security measures as soon as I noticed that someone else had gained access to my email account. However, by the time, I didn’t know that my EA account was hacked as well. I was going to play Apex Legends around a week ago (October 25 2024), on a PS5, when a message popped up stating that my account was disabled. I logged in to my email account and found an email from you, sent on September 30 2024, stating that my account was permanently banned: "We wish to notify you that we have found your account to be in violation of our User Agreement or our Terms of Sale, and due to the nature of this violation we are left with no option other than to permanently close your account with immediate effect.". I didn't contact ToS any sooner trying to dispute my account since I’m on vacation (in Canada) and I don't check too often that email account because the sole purpose of it is to receive my Play Station notifications, hence Apex Legends, hence EA. I don’t use it for anything else.

Trying to figure out what could possibly be the reason, since in my account infraction history the reason box for my ban was left in blank and since I haven't cheated or used vulgar language against other players in the past or done anything wrong to even get my account suspended, I found out in the EA forums that other people got their accounts hacked in the same time window (September 24-September 31) and got banned. Suspecting that the reason for my account getting banned was my email being hacked as well, I changed my EA password, added a second email and added 2step verification to protect my account (same day, October 25 2024). Since then, I have disputed this 2 times but have received the same premade response stating that "After thoroughly investigating your account and concern, we found that your account was actioned correctly, and the sanction will remain in place.", without specifying what was the reason or how I violated the ToS. I downloaded my EA user data today and confirmed that my EA account was hacked and accessed as well on September 28 2024 from Zhengzhou, China. For the record as I said earlier, every account log from Canada is me.

I have the evidence to support everything that I have said and attached it to my case disputes explaining everything unsuccessfully. I’m reaching to EA forums now since I don’t know what to do anymore.
