my account has been hscked and stolen

My account was stolen/hacked in 2022, as I understand it, at that moment I stopped playing APEX legends from due to other problems in my real life by type of training, etc. I can say information about the account and which card I paid.
I will also impose a message that I had no message that I was not in that
that I am not a message that I am not. I saw in 2022
The fact that I suddenly changed mail on an account due to an unknown to me ...
And recently I wanted to start playing at the top on an ongoing basis and remembered that I have the first account, but I don’t remember how it disappeared.
I would like to know
Can you help me with this problem? Maybe I can provide any other information?

  • Hey there!

If you believe that your account has been compromised then it's highly recommended to re-secure your account.
More information on how to do so can be found in this EA Help article: [EA Help] What to do if your EA Account has been hacked

This video might also be of help: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ds9zbH1U5-0

Once re-secured, I'd personally recommend to go through these resources:

Check if your login credentials have been breached

It's not uncommon for sites to have their databases breached, any site from Facebook up to a small blog site can have all the data on their servers leaked. If you re-use your password between platforms (Which you shouldn't) then it's quite likely that your login information is already out on the internet for anyone to use.

Using this site: https://haveibeenpwned.com you can check whether or not your email or password have been breached in one of those breaches.

(Keep in mind that this site does not have data from every breach, so this site will not be 100% accurate, be sure to practice proper account security!)

Additional tips and information related to account security can be found in the EA Forums Online Security Newsletter, which you can find posted periodically in this subforum: EA Forums Info Hub | EA Forums

If you need any further assistance, do let me know. I can point you towards the correct resources, but nobody on these forums will be able to assist you directly with recovering your account. Only EA Support will be able to help with that, which is possible via the first article I sent in this message.

I've removed the image that you attached to your original post, as it could contain personal information.
