Hello,
I haven't been playing Apex Legend for 4-5 months. Recently, I downloaded game to play again but all my progress was gone with all my coins, old battlepass granted skins and store bought items, in short words everything was gone. Didn't change anything during that break time so my Steam and EA was connected all the time. My old account seemed like a newly created account which is very frustrating. I have more than 500 hours on Apex Legends on Steam. I searched about it and the possible suggested solution was to unlink and link my account back(I found this solution in the official guidelines of EA), so I did but nothing changed. I had only one EA account and one Steam account(I am a Steam-Pc player) so there is no way my account was linked to another account or something.
Later, I submitted a ticket about the issue thinking maybe it is technical and they can help me restore my account but ticket's status was stuck on "Waiting on Player". I checked every possible way my email, junk folders, spam folders, website itself to see what were they "waiting me for" but also couldn't find anything. So, I also searched for that and saw on the forums that it could have been a mistake or my ticket could have been accidentally "ghosted" so I created another one as some players and managers on the forums suggested. Again the same "waiting on player" status was up for my second ticket. Only thing I could see was after hitting "Resume Case" it recommends "Answers HQ". It was the same on the first one so I thought the answer for my tickets is "Answers HQ".
What should I do? I am waiting for help. I don't want to lose all my real money that I spent and time to be wasted out of nowhere. I am sure there has to be a solution for this particular problem in a big company like EA, no?
