my account is playing today and was banned

Hello, my account is playing today and was banned But I didn't open the plugin, I don't know why I was banned I want to get online customer service consultation

    I'm afraid we wouldn't be able to help you out with that on Answers HQ. We have a dedicated TOS team that handles Sanctions and Bans on accounts that would have sent you that message. You would be best contacting them if you believe there's been a mix-up. They can be reached through the email 'noreply@ea.com'. They'll get back to you via email so be sure to keep an eye on your email inbox (and spam/junk folders...sometimes the emails can be routed through to there).

    But in the history of the ban, there is no hint of being banned, but when the game enters the match, it is said to be banned

    There are some bans the ban history page doesn't display. In the 'My Ban History' page, you should see this mentioned in the blue section:

    Terms of Service aim to send an email out when bans are added though so there may be an email with more context about a ban/suspension in your inbox.
