sorry for bothering

so i was gona play apex like half a month ago and when i open it the game pop up easy anti cheat not downloaded please verify your download  (i was using steam to open btw) when i verified it i can open the game and get into the main menu (i mean the click to connect) then it saying unable connect to ea server and even i download again in ea play it still shows the easy anticheat not downloaded please verify and i did it again and when i trying to connect to apex server and still saying unable connect to ea server please check your internet im using hotspot to play i know it bad but it work when im playing apex but even i change to another net it doesnt work seems like i got banned or smt???
and when i tried to connect customer service they dont reply i was like sending my case to them they dont reply that why im posting this discussion
