My account says i got banned ?

So i got a tehnical issue i playd with my Freands for couple of days already and sudenly 2 of us got banned well i can still join in game buy stuff and everything but when i press play and i get in game it says im banned even tho its kinda weard that i can get in game duo to a ban i already contacted devs they said there were no reports or any suspicius behavor on my account so i kinda dont understand why is this ban is its a bug or something ? got banned like 1h after i played a match even tho we vere avarage players
