My account was completely reset.

I logged into my ps5 and loaded up Apex Legends.  Once the game loaded, All my skins were locked, all of my heirlooms were gone, all the trackers were gone and so was everything else that I had unlocked.  I've been trying to contact support for almost a week now and nothing.  I've spent a lot of money on these items and to have everything gone is a major punch in the gut!

    Do you normally play on PS5 or did you play on PC/Xbox, etc before?

    If so, data isn't shared between these platforms as cross-progression isn't a thing yet.

    Though if you've been playing on the same account and on the same platform, it might be caused by something else.

    Have you unlinked any accounts from your EA Account recently? (e.c platform accounts)

    Unlinking these accounts may result in data loss, which may or may not be reversed by relinking the previously unlinked account.

  • @XHelperZ I just got it resolved. I started playing on PC a few weeks ago and haven't been on my PS5 since then. It was an issue between my steam, and ea accounts getting mixed up. I'd never seen that before so thank you for taking the time to reach out to me. I really appreciate it.
