My Apex account got Hacked

Hello, recently I have been wanting to get back into Apex Legends after not playing for a whole year since I had some extra time and with the new season i thought it would be perfect , but when i went to reinstall it and open it I got a message saying my account was permanently banned for breaching the User's Agreement. Obviously I was confused by this because i hadn't been on the game for a year so i sent an email asking for a ban appeal and waited, its been 2 days since and I wondered why I have not gotten a response back so I checked the issue and saw that my account had gotten hacked and my email and password were both changed(I was able to logging to my account using my PSN).I was wondering if anyone had a similar problem and knew how to help me, pls i had skins on the game ☹️.
