My apex account is linked to another account

I only have one ea account but if i try to log in to it it logins to different acount (my apex acount is over 200 level but it logins to only 5 level account)

    I see, thanks for clarifying.

    It looks like the Steam account you're using was just linked to this EA account within the past couple days. Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress. 

    It sounds like this other account would be the one with your progress, so you'd need to try getting your Steam account linked back to the EA account matching that email.

    If you no longer have access to that account or email, or you run into any other issues re-linking the account, please contact support directly so they can help get that linked back to the original EA account.

    Hey @pRossimo17,

    Which platform(s) have you played on previously? Have you played through Steam before today?

    Just looking over this EA account I'm seeing it appears to be a very low level, so if you have a 200+ level account that may be another one we'd need to check instead.

  • I was playing apex legends on pc, I played apex with just Steam. I wast downloaded game to play with my 200+ lvl apex account but if i launch the game it says "Sent Verification Code to <partial email removed>" but it is my another account and im sure about i dont play apex with this account. Has my progress deleted ? Or my apex account is already "<partial email removed>"
