My apex account was banned for no reason.
My account was banned for no reason, so I can't play the game normally. I submitted an appeal, but it was not recorded in my case, and my appeal was not answered. My account number is [edit: email address removed], please help me.

We're not able to help with banned accounts through Answers HQ. Just keep an eye out for a response from ToS. That can take several days. If it's been a week though, feel free to open a new case here and contact an advisor. They can let you know what the status is.
