Re: Missing Apex Coins after successful Steam purchase

I am writing this to warn the community and hopefully reach an EA Community Manager who actually cares. On July 17, I purchased 11,500 Apex Coins via Steam (Steam Transaction ID: 362126377519512494). The money was fully deducted from my Steam wallet, but the coins never arrived due to a synchronization error.
Instead of solving a clear technical error, both support teams are just constantly shifting the blame onto each other and passing me back and forth like a ping-pong ball. Steam support officially claims the payment is successful on their side and sends me to EA. I then contacted EA Support (Case #250829299) and provided full-screen desktop screenshots with URLs and transaction IDs. Instead of escalating this to the billing department, the advisor abruptly ended the conversation and closed the ticket, telling me to "ask Steam for a refund".
To make it worse, the EA Help website now completely blocks me from opening new text tickets for this issue, stating "This issue is not supported by advisors".
Steam cannot refund this easily because of the non-refundable policy for EA games, and EA refuses to check the Steam ID manually, simply slamming the door. I am stuck in the middle of a endless blame game between two multi-billion dollar companies. Has anyone else faced this cross-platform delivery failure, and how did you break this loop to get your coins?
