my apex coins ain't getting purchased

Alr so i just had my confirmation, i spent 100 usd/ 1050nok to get 100 apex packs, and i decided to do it again, so i added funds to my wallet but now i can't buy the coins, i have the money but it won't be spent and my apex coins won't go through. WHY?=????
