My Apex Coins haven't been added to my Playstation Account

About a month ago I redeemed a 6,800 Apex Coin code on the EA Website after my code didn't redeem on my PS5 on my only Apex account that's only linked to my PS5 and Switch and have yet to obtain my Coins on my PS5. I've read that coins redeemed this way don't transfer to the Switch account so I don't know why my coins have yet to appear on my PS5 account. Would it be possible for the coins to have to be redeemed on a PC account and if so would I be able to just get them on my PS5 since I do not have a PC account for Apex Legends.

    Hey @OkayBran123 

    Coin wallets remain separate for Nintendo and other platforms (PC/Xbox/PlayStation), so it's not possible to use your coins redeemed on other platform accounts.

    I assume that the code you redeemed was for the PC version of the game, so to claim your coins, you need to log in with the same EA account on a PC. This should unlock your coins.
