My buddies game keeps loading in main loading screen

so my buddy has been trying to play Apex legends for the past couple of days and when he launches the game and it loads to the main loading screen it just constantly loads for ever and never gets past that loading screen. Hes tried many things like redownloading the game, and many other methods that u guys recomend and never work, His steam user is gp. the real jourbendoos, u guys can also contact him on his discord his user is jourbendoos.
