Missing 200 Heirlooms

Romy2010  Are you only missing your Heirlooms, or are you also missing other account progress, (such as your account level, stats, cosmetics, etc.)? Also, by "200", are you meaning Heirloom Shards?

Furthermore, if you have more than one EA Account, did you make sure to sign into the correct one, (which if you're on Steam or on Console, are your accounts properly linked to the same EA Account)?

Also note that all Apex progression is stored on your EA Account, (so if you had unlinked any of your platform accounts from your EA Account, or you have two platform accounts linked to two different EA Accounts, that may be why as well).

Im only missing my 200 heirlooms and yes i mean the shards and im playing on steam from pc

Romy2010 Did you actually have 150 Heirloom Shards, or did you have 300 Heirloom Shards?

Only asking because when Heirloom Shards are obtained from packs or from events, the player is granted 150 Heirloom Shards, (which is enough to buy one Heirloom or Mythic item).

Do you recall roughly when you received the Heirloom Shards? When did they go missing?

And just to double check, you mentioned this was missing shards and not a specific heirloom, right?
