My Case #234256038
A few weeks ago I opened a case regarding a bug that was not granting rewards for completed challenges in BF6. I communicated about this issue with an advisor. A few days ago the case was marked as FIXED however the bug happened again when I rerolled a mission so I updated the case via resume case.
After another conversation with the advisor I was told that I would be contacted by email with the result. However I never received any email and the case status is now showing waiting on player even though I have no option to open a live chat with an advisor. As I mentioned no email has arrived either.
