My founder badge is missing

My gift pack medal has not returned yet. Before my gift pack medal disappeared, my gift pack medal also disappeared together. My gift package medal has returned now, but it has not yet returned. This...

Same here. Pretty sure I had the starter pack as well and its gone too.

    I also own Founder's Pack and Starter Pack on PS. Both badges are locked though the badge counter shows the correct counter of obtained badges.
