Community Admin @Itschico2k from what I can see the account was started in Feb this year, played for a bit, then left mostly quiet until this month.
Would this be accurate to your experience? If so, sorry but I don't see any evidence or inconsistencies around missing content, what's missing?
If you've played before February this year, then I'd keep on the account mixup track.
I have also checked emails I’ve gotten from EA and I haven’t seen a few password reset links and account confirmation codes so I believe my account could have been hacked into or have been tried to get hacked into and it could have been a reason for my account reset, I am not totally sure I just wish to know if there is a change of me getting my items back
