My kids account
Im trying to access my kids origin account that she made through xbox for her apex account but it says the credentials are expired so im trying to make her an account and it wont let me

just so you know:
Apex has a PEGI rating of 16. PEGI have said this is because it 'features sustained depictions of violence towards human characters and moderate violence. Not appropriate for persons below 16 years of age. This PEGI rating only takes into account the content in the game and not the contact element, where players may be exposed to swearing and other offensive language from strangers in voice or on-screen text chat.
The above is an excerpt from an article "A Parents Guide to Apex Legends" the article is a good read even thought it is from two years ago.
There are a lot of Toxic people out there and you child might be exposed or a victim of Toxicity. I would think twice before allowing an under 13 year old to play this game. Whatever you decide it is your choice as a parent and I respect that just wanted to share some info with you.
Depending on the platform you have you may also have to check into the parental controls of the platform itself. PlayStation and X-box and Nintendo as they have their own stuff that might be interfering. for PC you have to deal with parental controls with Steam, Origin or EA play as well.

I already changed the settings on her Xbox and I dont let her get on the mic unless it's a private chat with her mom who has the Xbox too who she plays with, but I have Playstation and it's not even letting me add her cause of these settings.
Under 13 YO is against the Terms of Service (TOS) for Apex.
Please note that even though your child would not have a Mic on they can still hear the other players and there are some very toxic people out there. in order not to hear them one would have to mute the other players each match or play with no sound at all. Even then there is text message in game and that can be just as toxic as well.
Like I said before I would think twice about letting a 13 or 14 yo old play at all.
Under 13 and you would be looking at a TOS violation.
I am a PC player and can not help you out with the PlayStation settings and it could be you can not add her because of age settings.
