This issue has been described as a CPU bug as it constantly spikes the CPU's as well.
@BowToTheArrowI believe that cpu load is irrevelant. It is from season 9 and also my cpu is only %5 load while getting stuck in match loading screen.
Community AdminThis will sound like it's highly likely to be irrelevant, but if you have the game set to run at an uncapped framerate, can you disable/remove that from your game properties?
I know it doesn't sound like it could have an impact, but at least trying it will either help, or let me check if off my "weird edge cases" list.
I'd also be interested if anyone has been able to test/replicate this issue at a different PC using the account in question.
I've also DMed a few of you some more specific questions, those folks should get a notification at the top of your screen.
