My own voice on discord goes robotic when playing only Apex at 3440x1440

While only playing Apex, my voice chat seems to break but only at this resolution which is my monitors default. I've tried a few other resolutions and it fixes the issue. Even putting every other setting low but the resolution doesn't work.

This does seem like a new recent patch issue, as it was working fine over a month ago at the same resolution.
