My rank levels are different on each of my consoles

Ranked leaderboards are still separate for each platform. Your rank on Xbox would only take into account ranked games played on Xbox, not any ranked games played on PlayStation, and vice versa. 

At the end of the season however, you'll get rewards based on the highest rank you earned across all platforms, and those will be available on all platforms as well.

If, for example, you hit Plat on PS4 but your Xbox account didn't get played as much and is still in Silver at the end of the season, you would get Plat ranked rewards and be able to use/view those on both PS4 and Xbox.
