My username is stuck on PLAYER, and I cannot join any game

@EA_David hello good sir i and many of my friends are having the same problem since the duo update came out we can't join each other on any servers and we do not use any vpn or things like that it just randomly happened to us 

We live in the same city and have the best internet for that city

So i tried to turn off metered for my broadband connection and it doesnt solve the issue, still stuck.. 

@EA_David I am not using any type of 3g/4g, I am just using my regular home WiFi (Du). All my friends are using the same ISP, and are having the same problem, but if I go somewhere with a different ISP, it works fine.

Same problem here.Right now i'm using surfshark vpn to play and my player name loads up.I'm from italy and the game worked fine two weeks ago.

I started using vpn as well and it’s working .. my ISP is Linkem in Italy near Rome 

My ISP is linkem too, i'm from italy near Naples i used to connect to fra1 or fra2 servers.

I've heard from some folks that for now, using google DNS may be a viable workaround, can you try that?

Me and my friend (Rako_a) are on IQ Online ISP, usinf fra1, fra2, gse1, ge2, gse3c london, amsterdam.

the problem is we can not play together.

we have tried google dns, not working.

we sometimes can play!! Close the app, joining the lobby multipletimes, then we can play one game in 50 times trying :/
