Account locked after unban, need help.

I'm assuming my recent appeals to my "gameplay enhancement" ban were finally realized to be false and the violation history on my account was deleted with no emails or information being sent to me to clarify what had happened, it now says my account is locked when I try to login in Apex Legends, the pages regarding this on the EA website have not helped as I've changed my password, verified my identity, added 2FA and I'm still locked out, the EA chat bot also does nothing except refer me to the page that already didn't help me, please can anybody let me know what is going on or if I just have to wait until I'm inevitably let back into my account, thank you.

I dont think you get unban or something like that. I do not mean you wont have that chance but I am actually in the same situation. I checked my apex account on steam few days ago and it also say I get account locked but when I run game on EA app, my account still get permanently ban for "gameplay enhancement"
