Account locked after unban, need help.
I'm assuming my recent appeals to my "gameplay enhancement" ban were finally realized to be false and the violation history on my account was deleted with no emails or information being sent to me to clarify what had happened, it now says my account is locked when I try to login in Apex Legends, the pages regarding this on the EA website have not helped as I've changed my password, verified my identity, added 2FA and I'm still locked out, the EA chat bot also does nothing except refer me to the page that already didn't help me, please can anybody let me know what is going on or if I just have to wait until I'm inevitably let back into my account, thank you.

If your account is now appearing locked rather than banned, that could be an indication someone else had gained access to your account at some point and it's been locked until support can verify the actual owner is back in control.
It sounds like you've already taken some other steps to make sure everything is secure, so at this point I'd just get in touch with the support team directly so they can help verify those steps and unlock the account from there. You should be able to open a case here to get in touch with the actual support team rather than the help bot that shows up on certain help site pages.
