negative apex coin balance

My child bought apex coins on my account so i refunded the purchase through xbox but the coins were still on my account and the only way i could get rid kf them was by spending them but now i am in debt of 11,500 apex coins and i cant find where to find support for this

We have a bit more information about this situation in our Apex Coins article here in addition to what Asmodeus566 shared above, however the only situation where your Apex Coins will go into the negative is when you receive a refund or issue a chargeback for the payment method originally used to purchase those Apex Coins.

In that situation, the equivalent amount of Apex Coins will be removed from your account. If your account does not have a sufficient amount of Apex coins to cover this removal however, then your balance will go into the negative for the remaining amount.

Depending on when the refund/chargeback was received, there may be a processing period before the funds return to your bank account. It sounds like this is what happened and the coins were spent while that refund was processing, which is why the balance went into the negative.

Since those coins were refunded and spent, the only way to remove the negative balance would be to purchase the coins again. Any coins would first go towards the negative balance until it's back in the clear, at which point you'd be able to use additional coins normally again.

First off you should not be letting others access/use your account. Account sharing is against the Terms of Service agreement with EA.

Secondly letting others access your account is not safe.

Do not let others use your game account (Friends and family alike) because if they do something wrong on your account it is still your fault, nobody wants to have a sanction on their account because somebody else did or said something wrong.

EA has strict rules on refunds and chargebacks and it looks like you got refunded and still spent the Apex coins in game. That does not look good.

If I was you I would contact support via EA help if I was you.

Re-read the Terms of Service agreement and the Terms of Sale agreement you agreed to play this game and adhere to it. https://www.ea.com/legal/user-agreement and https://www.ea.com/legal/terms-of-sale

    Contacting EA help https://help.ea.com/help/faq/using-ea-help
