New Gamertag To get game back
I changed my xbox gamer tag to hopefully get back into the apex community and sadly this has not done anything to change my bad and i would love to play this lovely game again because it was one of my favorite games on the planet and i pretty good at it until i got my banned i stop trying because there was no point anymore i even changed my name to an appropriate name.

Depending on the specific action on an account, I'm afraid just changing the Xbox gamertag won't remove a ban as you've found.
If you had not appealed the ban and feel it was placed on the account incorrectly you're welcome to create an appeal with these steps. Our Terms of Service team will take a look and get back to you via email.
If our Terms of Service team has already reviewed this multiple times and decided not to remove the ban, I'm sorry to say that's not something we'll be able to do either.
