it thinks my gpu software to change colors is a hack or something smh xD

This is a known issue. EAC detects RGBFusion as game violation. It happens in Fortnite and some UBIsoft game as well. I think the fault is from Gigabyte.
Last year, there are some detected security vulnerability from RGBFusion , but I think they already patched it. Have you updated RGBFusion ?

- Definitely a common problem between anti cheat services and pc services that require escalated privlages to work.
MSI Burner is often hand in hand paired with RTSS (Rivatuner Statistics Server) which is used to monitor system resources and stats when overclocking. Although a widely used tool, it has also ran into it's fair share of disagreements with anti cheat. It even says so in the settings near the overlay settings, warning anti cheat may pick it up.
