Nintendo switch
I haven't been able to play since last night. I'm on Nintendo switch and it keeps telling me "This profile is not permitted to play online" I've tried reinstalling the game but nothing seems to work...
I spoke with a support representative from EA this morning for the same issue. I woke up this morning and wasn't able to sign into my profile. They just advised me that there is some kind of update that Nintendo is completing with the game. They ensured me that there was not an issue with my account like a ban or restriction, to allow 24 to 48 hours for the update to be completed. Now, I have no clue what the update will do, or what Nintendo is doing for that matter, but after I completed all the troubleshooting with my router, and changing my password for EA, restarting and uninstalling and redownloading the game and still nothing. Id hope that this "update" will solve the problem. 09/20/2022 CLM Just have to wait it out I Guess
