No audio behind me in S15 (game doesn't boot with +miles_channels 2)

Hey there, getting the same problem on launch of S15 of apex, except this time the game wont boot if I have the '+miles_channels 2' exception as shown in this FAQ line (https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/NO-SOUND-Behind-me-Audio-Configuration-from-7-1-surround-to/td-p/8185980), any clues as to how to fix it? (this is the error code)

Couldn't initialize sound

Please make sure you have a sound playback device that is enabled and properly configured

Failed in: MilesDriverCreate

Miles output follows:

[WASAPI] Output channels and sample rate must match the endpoint format

@xGamersElite Better solution: +miles_channels 2 -xaudio2

setting miles_channels to 3 i still had not a great audio experience. In combination with -xaudio2 everything works like it used to

@xGamersElite i found a solution just go in the game director and launch in non dx12 mode they added that in this season! if it doesent open just click on it multiple times!

have the same remove +miles_channels 2 do start the game but this is no option for me atm ☹️ so i think no apex for me.

@aYb_VaDeR Set +miles_channels 3 and it will be set to Stereo.

@Lil_Falce_WP if you have realtek audio just use the stereo mode put the heaphones virtualization on and in playback format put the maximum u can have, enjoy your normal audio back and louder(probably)

I set that command into origin and it actually changes (inside apex menu settings - audio) to stereo from 7.1. But when i go into playing, i cant hear sounds on my rear. For example, i throw a thermite into the ground and rotate and i cant hear it burning if its on my rear.. How can i fix this?

@Tea_Time_5656 It does set it to headphones / stereo and it is defnitly better than without this setting, but it is still not as good as with miles_channels 2.

With apologies to @Tea_Time_5656, we changed the solution post for this, as "+miles_channels 2 -xaudio2" should generally be more effective.
