Hey Everyone,
If you have recently received a message about cross-progression happening for your account but did not see any changes after.
Please fully shut down and relaunch Apex Legends to confirm if you see your progress update.
If you only play on one platform and received the message but didn't notice a change, try logging in on another platform tied to the EA account to see if your progress moved over.

If you continue not seeing Cross Progression, after getting the message your accounts have merged please let us know the following:
Platforms (ones tied to the EA account, you logged into):
EA ID (PSN ID, Gamertag):
Did you get the message your accounts were merging?
Have you restarted your game?
Did you unlink or link any accounts before getting the Cross Progression message? (if so please see our post)
Are you getting an error message?
Is anything else happening?

The same issue happened to me. I logged in on PC via the EA client and received the cross progression prompt. It showed the "this may take a minute" message and then disappeared. My cosmetics that were supposed to transfer from xbox are now all gone even on xbox! 🙂 Awesome!

Same thing happened to me on my linking my new pc account to my PS5 where I had all of my skins and stuff. Help please!

Same * happened to me been searching everywhere for some answers. But no luck and EA’s crappy support ain’t helping either
