Hey Everyone,
If you have recently received a message about cross-progression happening for your account but did not see any changes after.
Please fully shut down and relaunch Apex Legends to confirm if you see your progress update.
If you only play on one platform and received the message but didn't notice a change, try logging in on another platform tied to the EA account to see if your progress moved over.

If you continue not seeing Cross Progression, after getting the message your accounts have merged please let us know the following:
Platforms (ones tied to the EA account, you logged into):
EA ID (PSN ID, Gamertag):
Did you get the message your accounts were merging?
Have you restarted your game?
Did you unlink or link any accounts before getting the Cross Progression message? (if so please see our post)
Are you getting an error message?
Is anything else happening?

I had played on xbox (IM N1GHTW1NG) from season 0-7 and have been playing on PC (YaBoiNightwing) from season 7-present. I love this game.
Today I received the prompt that Cross Progression is Here however, it appears nothing changed on my PC account. After logging in on xbox, I saw that it was updated to my Pc (YaBoiNightwing) stats. However, now I am worried that I lost my original skins like the battlepass flatline or the iron crown event skins.
With the help of EA chat support, I had recently linked my xbox account to my EA account associated with my Steam profile. From reading these posts, I now understand this may not have been the best idea.
I have restarted my game, do not have any error messages, and it seems I can play the game fine.
Knowing that things must not be easy for y'all either, please know that I am very thankful for your time and willingness to help. If there is any assistance you could give I would greatly appreciate it. Please let me know if there is anything else you need from me and I would be happy to provide.
