No in-game audio but friends can still hear me on discord

So basically I launch the game and my audio completely goes out. I can't hear anything. But my friends can still hear my on discord so it's not my cord connecting from my headphones to my PC. I can play Apex and hear sound perfectly with my studio monitor speakers but for whatever reason the headphones are messed up.

I've tried updating my audio drivers and all the suggestions on google. Only thing left is to re-install. I'll report back if that does anything. Oh, and I have Apex on Steam.

Nevermind, I fixed the issue. I had my headphones plugged into my controller that's plugged into my PC and used that as my input/output option. I plugged my headphones directly into my PC and it's fixed. Still weird though seeing as my headphones jack works for literally every other game.
