Which game and admin code were you referencing in this post?

For certain games, such as Apex Legends, we have some information about this type of request, but it's worth noting that not every request can be fulfilled. Yes for Apex Legends Tournaments I have yet to hear anything and idk what to do anymore I’ve emailed who I needed to it’s been months and I really need it for my page.
