NO SOUND Behind me Audio Configuration from 7.1 surround to Headphones/Stereo.

I need to change Windows Audio Configuration from 7.1 surround to Headphones/Stereo. Because i hear nothing when the sound is behind me. How to fix it ? EA_Blueberry: Slight edit to post title...

Same Issue, using Steel Serie Artic 7 and can't hear anything in front or behind me. Yesterday worked good.
