Along that same note, as these are public boards we cannot make any changes to your account here, so you'll need to contact our support team directly if you're not receiving verification codes in your primary email.
You can find more information on how to reach support directly over at the EA Help website to get started. In this case you'd want to use The EA app option under the Game Support section rather than the Account Support section to speak with an advisor, since you're currently not receiving the code necessary to make any changes through the Account Support section.
