Not able to join any match, forever only 1-3 players in queue

I been expericing this issue,
It took more than 40 mins to queue up a game, I tried with NA, JP, EU servers, they are all the same for me
In the past 24 hours I only able to join 1 game,
I asked my teammates if they having the same issue, and they said yes, but I don't see people talking about it in Reddit yet?
I thought it is just a server issue, but today I still facing same issue,
It just showing I am the only one who is in the Queue (sometimes it says 2- 3
But playing with friends are fine. Anyone got any ideas?
