Same issue here. Family member and I (both in same house on two different PS4s in the same lobby playing together) finished up a match of bot royale for fun; and when we returned to lobby, it showed us together but our characters were greyed out and we couldn’t ready up to play mixtape. We both restarted Apex. They got back in and are playing mixtape, but my game now is stuck on the start screen with an “account is not permitted to play online” notice with the x retry button that doesn’t do anything. 

I got same problem and this pic is NOT ME but it looks like this person is using my email address.  I've changed the password, restarted the console, restarted the game and still having the same problem.  I have no idea who Player_iiufteom is...  That is NOT my pic.

I'm able to get in now but still don't know why I have this other person's profile.  I'm NOT Player_iiufteom (whoever that is).  Is the site being hacked?
