Rank reset back to rookie IV

I'm currently experiencing a few issues. After the recent update, I couldn't log in initially, but after multiple attempts and verifying the game files, I was finally able to access the game. However, I noticed that my rank was reset to Rookie IV, even though I had already reached Gold 2. Could you please look into this? I would greatly appreciate your help. Thank you!
