Not received prime gaming rewards

I claimed the prime gaming rewards and did not receive anything in game. I opened a case on EA help and it just repeatedly said waiting for player but I couldn't resume it

We're unable to check your account and grant you rewards in AHQ, however, I can try to help you contact EA Help and provide you with some steps you can try yourself to troubleshoot the problem of not receiving the Prime Rewards.

Didn’t get your rewards?

Three accounts have to be linked together correctly to get your rewards:

your platform account to your EA Account
your EA Account to your Amazon account.

If any of these accounts are linked together incorrectly, your rewards will be sent to the wrong place. We can’t get your rewards back if they’ve been claimed on the wrong account or platform.

If all the right accounts are linked, you can try these steps to get your rewards.

Open a new browser window in private or incognito mode.
Use this link to claim your content again. If it asks you to link your EA Account again, follow the steps above.
Once you relink, any pending items should go to your linked account.
